In the Divorce Court, Alfred Hill, the composer, sought a dissolution of marriage on the ground, of desertion. Petitioned stated thflt a ftp;- the marriage, "they went to New Zealand. She never refused to return and neyer had the intention of deserting him, and wgs willing to live with hhn.
