Joffe, acting under the Mos-* . cow Government’s instructions has accepted almost all the Polish terms-The correspondent says Russia has agreed to give Poland a share in the gold reserve, but that the amount has ?■ not been agreed on. % The “Daily Chronicle” states that -. the Russian Government has replied to'CSjjH the recent British Note demanding the release of British prisoners at Baku, also a cessation of Bolshevik propaganda in Britain.
