Wrhngel nnc Petlora have joined forces and othci reports state General Weygand bai gone to South Russia to commani Wrangel’s troops. Wrangel’s first arm; including 30,000 Cossacks, is under th< command of General Slashtcheff, win in reality is the Grand Duke Michne Alexandrovitch. The second army com prises 17,000 reserves. The third arm;, is of between fifty and seventy thous and, while the fourth group consists o 30,000 Kuban Cossacks based on tin Black Sea.
