Wanganui Farmers Union rcsolutioned to-day promising loyal support to the Government in any efforts deemed necessary to maintain law and order in the best interests of the Dominion. CAR AND MOTOR CYCLE COLLIDE. WANGANUI, Oct. 6. As the result of a collision of a motor car with a motor cycle and side ear, four occupants of the latter, Adjutant Hanford of the Salvation Army, Mrs Hanford, Daphne Hanford, aged three years, and Mrs Young, (mother of Mrs Hanford) are now in hospital. The adults of the party aire rather badly hurt ,but no bones were broken.
