[LONDON TIMES SER VICE—COP VKIGHtJ REVOLUTIONARY GROUPS. (Received tUIs day at 9.30 a.m.) LONDON, Oct. 5. The “Evening Standard” publishes a document, brought from Lenin by SylVia Pankhurst, giving the conditions upon which the revolutionary groups are to be formed in Great Britain. He admitted this at the Third International. v Lenin urges Communists systematically to remove moderate leaders from all responsible positions in Labour organisations, and their replacement by Communlists. Systematic propaganda in the Army and among rural workers, which is a most vital condition of International membership. The Communist Party must possess iron discipline, even military in. severity. A few obscure Communist groups in London, Bir mingham, Glasgow, Liverpool and Sheffield have accepted Lenin’s conditions. POLES AND LITHUANIANS. (Received this day at 9.30 a.m.) LONDON, Oct. 4. Reports from Kovno, via Copenhagen state there was renewed fighting be- , tween the Poles and Lithuanians, the former have occupied the railway station at Orany, after a fierce resistance. There were vast losses on both sides. RUSSIAN BARLEY. (Received this day at 9.30 a.m.) PARIS, Sept.' 5. A shipment of five thousand tons of barley arrived at Marseilles from Sebastopol. General Wrangel is sending seven other cargoes.
