President Wilson says he intends taking an active part in the last month of the Presidential campaign by issuing statements regarding various phases of the League of Nations. The first of his documents is in answer to Mr E. M. Swartz, of Los Angelos, who asked: If the League Covenant is ratified with Article 10 amended, would the United States be bound to support England in her subjection of Ireland? The President replied, stating that the Jrish question could be submitted to the League of Nations as provided by Article Ten.
