P The “Daily Mail”, message from T<k heran states the conference between Bolsheviks and the lErzirhnjan Government at Baku, resulted in the Bolsheviks deciding to abandon the Persians adventure, and they have withdrawn v from Baku.

LONDON, 'Sept. 29,
The British Bankers’ Association have sent the Government a strong protest, based on a report on the proposed British treaty with Russia. The report says it sacrifices tho British claims against the former Russian Tsarist Government and' its municipalities and railway companies. The bankers urge the Government to insist that the Soviet Government shall recognise as its own obligations all such old debts, and shall also give them compensation for the confiscation of concessions to holders of private property.
