WESTLAND COUNTY COUNCIL. NOTICE OF INTENTION TO MAKE SPECIAL RATES ON SPECIAL LOANS -RAISED PURSUANT TO SECTION 16 OF THE LOCAL BODIES LOANS ACT, 1913. IN PURSUANCE and exorcise i f the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies Loans Act, 1913, the Westland County Council! "ill resolve as fallows at a meeting to be held at the County Chambers, Hokitika, at 4 o’clock on WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 13th., 1920: That for the purpose of providing the .interest and other charges on loans as under: £450 at 5} per centum per annum for Petersen’s Road extension; £750 at- 51 per centum per annum for Petersen’s Road Further Extension ; £405 at 51 per centum per annum for La Fontaine Creek clearing; Which loans were authorised to be be raised by the Westland County Council under the above mentioned act for the works above referred to, the said Westland County Council, under section 20 of the Local. Bodies Loans Act, 1913, hereby makes and levies special rates as follows: Petersen Road Extension, £450 loan, a special rate one penny and three-sixteenths of a penny; fpetersen Road Further Extension-, £750 loan, a special rate of one penny jvnd fifteen-sixteenths of a penny ; La Fontaine.
