WEDDING BELLS.
A quiet but pretty wedding was solemnised at St Mary’s Church, on AVednesday afternoon, the contracting parties being Miss Nellie Lincoln, fourth daughter of Mrs James Lincoln of Revcll Street, and Mr Robert Fraser, son of Mr John Fraser of Gisborne, formerly of Hokitika. The bride who was given l away by her brother, Mr John Lincoln, wore a saxc blue costume and cream hat and carried a beautiful white prayer-book, the gift of her sister Eva. She was attended by her sister Miss Reny Lincoln who wore a fawn coloured frock and cream liat. She also carried a pretty bouquet of spring flotvers and maiden hair fern. M*r Tlieo: Lynch attended the bridegroom as best man. A reception was afterwards held at the residence of the bride’s mother. Among the «nests were the members of the Municipal Band. The presents were) both numerous and costly, including many cheques. The bride and bridegroom left later on for the north on a: short honeymoon,- carrying, with' them the good wishes of a large circle of friends.
