Bolshevist newspapers report the ii qnidation of private banks, begun aftei socialisation in February are now completed, and shows the assets amonnl to twenty-eight thousand million roubles and liabilities twenty three thousand million. The bank holdings of securities and books are placed under a single State Department with headquarters at Moscow.
