(Rpceived this day at 9.30 a.m.) PARIS, September i. Foreign Office information leads to the calculation that 128 thousand Bolshevik troops have taken refuge in East Prussia! The Polish Government is dissatisfied with Internment conditions as Bolshevik bands are roaming at largo in East Prussia, and are even rperoseing frontier and attacking Polish villages and then again seeking refuge in Germany. This manoeuvre was adopted in attack on the fortress. Osowiec. General Suwalki of Poland has requested, the Allies to require that Germany shall properly intern and disarm refugees. ' ,
