INDIAN FRONTIER TROUBLES. 'By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) DELHI, Sept. 2. Khalifat agitators have been busy lately on the liidian frontier, and an t’j' British propaganda, together with • jn ; trigues among the frontier tribes, caused a. serious outbreak at Jalgali in .the north-west provinces. The town was attacked by tribesmen and notorious agitators attempted to form a Provisional Government. A British column was sent out from Peshawar, and although threatened by large armed crowds, the ringleaders of the outbreak were brought to Peshawar. Black mountain tribes have now joined ' the rebels and military measures are being taken.
