SESSUE HAYAKAWA MONDAY. On Monday next Sessue Hayakawa, the famous Japanese emotional actor, will be seen in the thrilling Robinson Cole tragic ctory entitled “A in Pawn,” a thrilling emotional tragedy. This wonderful screen artist is seen at his best in the role of the Japanese student who married secretly a little Geisha girl, and later remarried on hearing the. untrue report of his wife’s death, an American girl. Robinson Cole’s big play gives Hayakawa the opportunity to reveal himself as the true emotional actor that he is. The play is a thrilling romance and the story unfolds itself in America and Japan. The settings arc real glimpses of fascinating Japanese scenery, and the play a dramatic study.
()n Wednesday night the star attraction will be Taylor Holmes in an up-to-date comedy entitled' “ltuggles of Red Gap.” Patrons are advised to look out for the opening chapter of the greatest of all serials “The Mystery of 13,” coming soon.
