BELGIAN BAN ON GERMANS ANTWERP, June 12
Twenty thousand people, including barristers, priests, journalists, municipal authorities, and all classes of citizens marched this morning in. procession to demonstrate against Germans being allowed, again (O settle in Belgium.

This is the first time a Spanish Prince has been enrolled as a private soldier in the Spanish army; all others have had the rani? of captain or general. The members of the Government and the diplomatic representatives will bo present at the ceremony, and a banquet with covers for 1,500 people, null bo given, the guests at which will include soldiers of the regiment. Tho Prince would have preferred to he a sailor, but the King wishes him to be a soldier.
