WESTLAND COUNTY COUNCIL. ' HEAVY TRAFFIC ON ROADS, j PURSUANT to resolution of the Council all persons undertaking heavy traffic on the roads of the County within the meaning of the by-law controlling such traffic, must apply in writing for pel-mission to use the roads, specifying the roads to be used, the vehicle to ho employed, and the approximate loading to be carried each trip. Upon permission being granted the applicant must agree to contribute towards the cost of the upkeep of the roads used in accordance with the terms of the agreement to be entered into.
