A number of men in Irish gaols who were hunger striking are being removed to British prisons. IRISH SETTLEMENT. (Received this day at 8 a.ni.) LONDON, Aug. 14. “Freeman’s Journal” states Hon Bonar Law will make an important statement in the Commons on Monday with reference to an application for Dominion Home Rule to Ireland. The “Journal” believes Government contemplates the abandonment, of both coercion and partition of Ireland.
