BOLSHEVIK REPORT. (Received this day at 8 a.m.) BERLIN, Aug. 15. Bolsheviks report Warsaw is surrounded.
Dumowski,' leader of the Polish National Democrats, is'rieading a revolutionary movement to overthrow the Polish Government.
Tchitcherin states Russia intends to include in the peace terms provision for arming Polish Soviet militias of trade unonisms as a counter poise to imperialist landlords and protection to Russia ngainst attack. Russia will insist on Poland granting free land to families of Polisli citizens killed or wounded in the war. The Soviet has absolutely a free hand in the Orient till ia general agreement is reached with Britain. Limitations can bo determined only by treaty. It can give assurances that such limitations will be rigidly observed.
RED DEMANDS. BERLIN, Aug. 16. Tehetcherin further states, that the Soviet has not the least intention of annihilating Poland. Russia desires only a guarantee against Polish armies new attacks. We demand reduction of the Polish Army to 50,000. Russia stands ready to withdraw her army from Poland and the Polisli frontier where only two hundred thousand will be loft.
LONDON, August 14. The Independent Labour Party Executive, at a meeting at Glasgow, passed a resolution "that the French recognition of General Wrangel indicates the general Allied duplicity. The Conference demands the severance of the Franco-British alliance. The Conference demands also the expulsion of- Mr W. Churchill from the War Office.

RAMENEFF’S STATEMENT. (Received this day at 9.30 a.m.) LONDON, Aug. 15. Kameneff in a letter to Hon Lloyd George, states that despite the rumour emanating froig interested quarters indicating that the Soviet have altered terms to Poland and also despite France's hostile acts rendering peace piprp cjjfficult, the Soviet Government nqt consider it necessary to alter tmT conditions to Poland, which Hon Ljoyd George_. communicated to the Commons on tire 10th. Kameneff adds that the Soviet Government signed peace with Latavia on the 12th August, and armistjee with Finland on the lsth.
LABOR DECISION. BRUSSELS' August 15. The International Seamen’s Congress resolved that in order to prevent future wars that seamen refuse to transport troops, The decision applies to the Russo-Polish conflict.

The “Central News” learns authoritatively that the Polish delegates have reached Minsk. Newspaper correspondents accompanying Poles were not perniitted to cross the Bolshevist lines, despite the Bolshevist announcement that open diplomacy would be observed in armistice and peace negotiations. No news of the negotiations are expected ip reach London before Tuesday. The Bolshevik advance is progressing. The fortress of Sojdau has fallen.'

According to Warsaw reports, one hundred thousand Russians are about to attack and storm the city on several sides. Advices from German eastern districts state the Poles are preparing defence against .Russian attacks at Thorn and Gaudenz.
