METEOROLOGICAL.
The following is Rev. D. C. Bates veather forecast: The indications are for variable and strong breezes northerly strong to gale prevailing and hacking by west to south after about 16 hours. The weather appears to lie cloudy and unsettled. Heavy rain is to be expected with rivers flooded, barometer falling, but rising after about 16 hours. The weather will probably become very qold. Sqqs increasing; Sean Heavy,' tides moderate ofl'-shore.
