WELLINGTON, Aug 6. t THE HUUoc. The House met at 2.30 p.m. The Police Offences Amendment Bill (Mr Stratham) was introduced and read a first time. Lyttelton Harbour Board Loan Bill authorising the raising of £150,000 at 5J per cent, was read a second time without discussion. Mr MeCullum moved the second reading of the State Control of Licenses Bill which was agreed to, after debate. The House rose at 9.30 p.m.
