Crimes so tried shall 1(5 punishable with the punishment assigned thereto by statute • or coin men law, hut it is provided that wfien a person is charged with a crime punishable by death, the courtmartial shall include one person not necessarily an officer. nouiiTisted by the Lord Lieut, such person being certified by the Lord Chancellor of Ireland or Lord Chief Justice of England as possessing legal knmv]odge and experience.
