RECOMMENDS RELEASE OF MEN. lITTBUIC A V.Z. £ABLE association] (Received this day at 11.30 a.m.) SYDNEY, July 30 Justice Ewing recommends the release practically of the whole of the industrial workers of the world prisoners. Ho states some should not have been convicted, others had already served sufficient sentences, whilst two or three should serve a further term in gaol. Tn their case, however, a reduction of sentences is likely. It is understood Government will give effect to tile reco nmendations as soon as they are received in documentary form.
