Litvinolf in an interview, stated Poland had allowed herself to become the tool of French capitalists who had tried to steal a vast slice of Russian territory. Nevertheless Russia had decided not to dictate hard terms of peace and stands for' the principle of self determination. Further when Russia obtained proof that the idea of overthrowing Soviet Government bad been abandoned, the Soviet would he glad to achieve peace with the whole world, but not an inch of Russian territory would be allowed to remain in General Wrangef’s possession or of other Re- j actionaries.
