Owing to tlio amount of sickness still prevailing in the town the Hokitika School Committee have decided to keep the school closed for another week. The public are invited in this issue to a meeting at the Town Hall on Friday night at 8 o’clock to constitute the Westland Committee of the Canterbury Progress League, and elect officers for the year.
