(JTputer’s Telegiam.l i Received tliis dav at 12.26 p.m) PEgTN, July 20. Marshal Tuanchui Jui has tendered his resignation of the Army Command, but the President refused to accept it Tuap Chui Jui simultaneously offered peace terms amounting to a complete surrender. It is stated the terms com prise the punishment of General Hsuslumeng, the discharge of all troops of Anfu and Tuan’s command, dismissal if Parliament, dismissal of three Anfu ministers, and the suppression of the Anfu Club., A party of officers left Pekin for Tientsin to communicate the terms to the Chihili party. A later message states the Anfuites admit their defeat .
