All hour later he got np, went into an adjoining bedroom where Ids little son was sleeping, aroused him and talked a few minutes though he said nothing that would make the child think it was a final farewell. He then returned to the bedroom where lie was found dying in the morning. No one he;yd the shot, which apparently wai fired at midnight.
