It appears a break is imminent, and the Allies will occupy Ruhr Valley. The police cjrove off the demonstrators, whereupon a. man in German uniform climbed the roof and pulled dpwij and, stole the flag. The Embassy hoisted another flag. The incident created great excitement.

Stjnnes b&lieves the Allies are bluffing, and their apparent unity will break, if the Germans continue their resistance until the Bolsheviks ate closer to Warsaw.
