A communique states the heads i the Allied delegation conferred wit Herr Fohronbacli and General Sinioi in regard to coal and reparations. ] was decided that the Reparations Con mission should meet tho Allied an German delegates and experts to exnn ine the Gorman plans and report t the conference. If the scheme is accepted in principle, a conference of representatives of Government and countries wishing to par ticipate with representatives of the devastated region should be held immediately to consider the executive scheme.
