THE THIRD PARTY. (Received this day, at 9.30 a.m.) NEW YORK, July 13. '"The Third Party by means of conferences, has continued an attempt to amalgamate the various elements which are dissatisfied with the Republican and Democratic parties, and had partially succeeded when it was announced seven groups of the American constitutional party, American party of Texas, single tax party, non partisan league, south Dakota world war veterans, private soldiers’ and sailors’ league, and a com. mittee of forty-eight, one from each State ,declare the intention to issue a platform to choose one set of candidates. The national Labour party is the only group which has not yet decided to joiu the third party Amalgamation.
