SPA CONFERENCE

Reuter's Telegrams CONFERENCE CONTINUES. SPA, July 12. The Conference decided to continue meeting until Thursday or Friday. It , is referring all proposals to a German and Allied Export Committee for examination. Mr Lloyd George and M. Millorand have had a special secret conference' with Herr Fabrenbach (German Premier), and Herr von Simons, regarding coal. It is reported M. Millerand and Mr Lloyd George decided to take every means to reach an agreement, realising the Conference will he a failure if it ends in a situation such as at present prevails. ■LONDON, July 13th. A Spa despatch says it is expected the Germans will demand a reduction in the Allied armies of occupation and also a share in the Allied Colonial League Mandate.
