(Our Parliamentary Correspondent.) WELLINGTON, July 12. CHAIRMAN OF COMMITTEES. Members are expecting a rather dull week in Parliament. Mr Malcolm js to bo re-elected Chairman of Committees probably to-morrow. The election of Seloct Committees may be expected to produce the usual dispute as to representation of parties. THE COAL TROUBLE. Mr Massey is giving some attention to the coal dispute which lias reached a .serious stage again. His attitude Is that he cannot interfere until requested to do so by the parties, but lie is willing to preside over the conference. NEW MINISTER. It is reported in lobbies that Sir R. R. Rhodes (Ellesmere,) is abiout to be appointed to. Cabinet with the portlolio of Defence, blut there is no official information on the point.
