TWO APPEALS. CHRISTCHITRCK, July 10.
Tt is authoritatively stated that Government have appealed against the Magistrate’s decision in cases relating to sales of alarm clocks on a point of law, and have asked Magistrate McCaitliy, to state a case. In connection with the recent piofiteering case the D.I.C, has given notice of appeal against the Magistrate s decision, convicting them of selling a child’s overcoat at an unreasonably high price. ______
