WARDEN’S COURT.
SATURDAY, JULY I,oth. (Before Warden Levvey). j J. Park (Mr Murdoch) v. 11. 1,. Michel (Mr Joyce) suit for cancellation of water race at Lake Kameri. The Warden gave Iris reserved judgment, finding tire defendant had failed to satisfy the Court that a fine should lie inflicted in lieu of forfeiture. Forfeiture was decreed riml license cancelled. The defendant was ordered to pay costs, Court fees 275., witness £3 3s. Car hire £4. Counsel’s fee £26 os. Total £33 15s.
