The indications are for variable and moderate breezes, but freshening and prevailing and northerly moderate to strong for a storm appears to be appoaching from the west. The weather appears likely to ho cloudy and unsettled. Heavy rain is to be expected with rivers rising shortly.- Barometer unsteady, but failing after about twenty four hours. Seas rough, tides moderate.
