The Prince’s chief engagements on Saturday were a. review of troops and attending the races. The city was gaily decorated. The crowds were demonstratively loyal. Resenting being placed amongst the orchestra at the Mayor’s Frceinantle luncheon to the Prince on Friday, English and Inter-State pressmen declined to remain or participate: in .the remaining functions of the day.
