The Dominion Council of Boy Scouts has decided that New Zealand cannot be represented at the big ‘jamboree o Bov Scouts from all parts of the world to be held in England. Tim council diScusscd the question of sending either a patrol or a troop Home to attend the jamboree, and caine to a decision that it could not finance the proposal.
