'AUSTRALIAN ifc N.Z. CAULE ASSOCIATION'] BRITAIN AND GERMANY. LONDON, July 1. , In older to take up the British Ambassadorship, Lord D’Abernon has gone to Berlin. Mr Lloyd George goes to Spa for the Conference with Germany to-day, and it is now understood that Britain is standing firmly to her demand for the absolute disarmament of the German Empire.
SPA CONFERENCE. (Received this dav at 9.20 a.m.) LONDON, June 30. The British Empire Delegation to the Spa Conference met at Downing Street to consider matters prior to the conference. Sir James Allen of New Zealand waw present.
