Teheran messages state the British Government aro objecting to M usher Ed Dowloli forming a Cabinet in Persia, especially as he stipulates the inclusion in the Ministry of a former Premier, who has hitherto been on the British black list for his anti-Russian attitude during the war. Owing, however, to a protestation from the Shall, the British are unlikely to persist. BOLSHEVIK REPRESSION. (Received This Day at 11.20. a.m.) * DELHI, June 28.
