PARIS, June 22. The Boulogne conference decided the Allies shall be represented by Ambassadors at Berlin, who will assume their duties before Ist. July, the date fixed for the Spa Conference. The “Tribune” states in connection with the decision to compel Turkish submission the British forces will advance from Ismid, Greeks from Sowra and French will drive northerly from Oicilin. Thereby Kemal Pasha’s forces be hemmed in.
