GERMAN INDEMNITY. (Received this day 'at 8 a.m.) PARIS, June 21. “Le Temps” learns that AngloFrench proposal stipulates that the Ger-

man indemnity shall be paid in thirtyseven annual instalments, with a minimum of.three milliards of gold marks, plus additions, making the total over 120 milliards.

'Received this'dav at 9.20 u.m.» LONDON, Ju)ie 21. The Boulogne, conference has opened Britain, Italy, Japan, France and Belgium are repreesnted. The programme of the Conference is settled in the following ordr—Firstly, German indemnity ; secondly—Disarmament of Germany ; thirdly,—Eastern question; fourthly—Russian question. The morning’s discussion was confined to the first two. Financial experts were charged with the preparation of the text which has been agreed upon for presentation at the evening conferenc. Similarly, military experts are preparing draft of the notification to Germany regarding disarmament of both effectives and material. The Conference as regards reparations agreed upon the principle that the annual minimum payment by Germany will he three millions of gold marks or nominaly 150 mdlions sterling yearly or a total of 4,500 millions sterling.
