/Received This Day at 8 a.m.) LONDON, June 16

At a public meeting of the Council of the League of Nations, .held in London, Lord Curzon presiding, described the correspondence exchanged between Per, sia and Bolshevist Government, He considered Persia acted rightly- in negotiating with the Soviet and requested Prince Firowz to keep the Council informed of the course of events.

Doctor Nansen reported on the repatriation of prisoners of war, of whom lie said there were still a quarter of a million in Russia and these equal the number of Russian prisoners throughout Europe.
