Murdoch to move:—“That a vote of £l9 be authorised for improving the Old Christchurch road via Kaw_ balsa for general traffic.” •' 4. Cr Grimmond to move;— “That, in addition to votes asked for on the Estimates the following be added : Bruce Bay to Makawelio, £250; Malta, weho to Karangarua £250.”

SPECIAL MEETING. (To sit at 3 p.m.) The Chairman to move the confirmation of the Special Order made on 12th May, ‘1920, altering the boundaries o the Ridings and fixing the number of the Ridings at three, namely Northern Central and Southern Ridings, and that upon confirmation public notice of the special order be given in the New Zealand Gazette accordingly.
