A very enjoyable evening, was spent in St. Mary’s Club Rooms last evening. The' prizes were' kindly donated b\ Messrs J. Mandl and Co., C. Pfahlert, and a friend. Mrs T. Stickles secured the gents Ist. prize (bread) anil Mr W. Johnson the 2nd. (order on Mandl and Co). The ladies Ist. (a casket of scent) went to Mrs \Y. Sumner and the 2nd (odds and ends) to Mrs Fox. The ladies committee provided a plentiful supper following which dancing was kept up until midnight. The music was kindly supplied by Misses E. Hecnan and O. Breeze, while Mr T. Rouse made a capable M.O.
