Mikonui rivers, the Westland County Council is promoting a PETITION to His Excellency the Governord-General praying: (a) For the constitution of an Electric Power District as above, excluding the Boroughs of Knmara, Hokitika and Boss. (b) That the Board shall be named “The Westland Electric Power Board,” and consist of nine elective members.
