At the Princess Theatre on Wednesday Pollards present “A Game of Wits,” starring Gail Kane. A story of May and December which answers the query: Should an old man marry a young wife? He thought he was a wolf, and she looked good enough to eat, so lie proposed and was accepted. She was young, lovely, full of energy and pep—in fact, the embodiment of lusty youth. He was old, decrepit, shaky in the knees, but suffering from a bad attack of financial gout. She set the pace and he tried to keep up, but finished a good last, and was glad to retire hurt. The bathing party completed his cure, and he left youth to youth., and got on with his knitting. Blushing blondes in bloomers. Nitty nymphs in bathing- suits. Smart Sociey settings, and snappy scenes of sparkling sea and summer shore.
