(a) For the constitution of an Electric Power District as above, excluding the Boroughs of Kumarn, Hokitika and Ross. (b) That the Board shall be named “The Westlartd Electric Power Boat'd,” and consist of nine elective members, The number of ratepayers in the proposed constituent district is 1,073, and the rateable value ’of the /property within the district is £340,239, eupital value; * and £19(5,628, ' unimproved value, To render the petition effective in the preliminary object of constituting the Elctrie Power District, at least onefourth of the number of ratepayers must sign. Threafter it will be for the ratepayers to elect the Board of ■ Management which will conduct further control according to the-nature of the power project brought forward.
