The Catholic Bishop of Ross has issued a warning to the Irish agreiultural workers against their agitation now preceding in Ireland, which aims at the establishment of a Workers’ Republic. This, he says, would deny the right of private property. SOVIET EXPERIMENT. LONDON, May 24.
