(By Electric Telegraph—Copyngiis.j IRISH FARM WORKERS’ IDEA. LONDON, May 24. The Catholic Bishop of Ross has issued a warning to the Irish agreiultural workers against their agitation now preceding in Ireland, which aims at the establishment of a Workers’ Republic. This, he says, would deny the right of private property. SOVIET EXPERIMENT. LONDON, May 24. An example of the policy of the agricultural workers in Ireland whp are proposing to aim at a workers’ republic is afforded in Limerick County. The workers put their ideas into actual practice. They were Sinn Feiners. They seized a number of creameries in Lim erick, which they renamed Soviet creameries, and these were pun for a full week under the Irish Republican flag. It was only when the wages dispute that started the experiment was settled that the turners were permitted to resume.

It, is reported that Archbishop Stanley tlie Doyen of English speaking prelates who is in Rome, was invited to celebrate mass at the beautification of Plunkett, but Irish bishops remonstrated against the choice of an Englishman and an Italian was selected.
