The Court upheld an .objection that the sheep , owners union could not he part of such a dispute, and struck it out. During the hearing of a claim against individual farmers, Judge Stringer, referring to preference to unionists, said, the,Court recognised that in agricultural work such a clause was impossible in application, and was out enforceable.
