The decision to sign lias been accelerated by an announcement that Roumania, Jugp-Sla-via, and C-e u -Slovakia has agreed to act j .iiitly in the cvei.it of Hungary refusing to sign, Hungary now anticipates that the Treaty’s oppressive stipulations on her will he modified. THE SPA CONFERENCE. , PARIS, May 19. ' Tlie “Echo do Paris” states that the Spa Conference between the Allies and' Germany has boon fixed for the 22nd May. M. Millerand and Mr Lloyd George will have a final discussion at Ostend when- on route to the Conference.
