PnomnmoN In New South Wales. “A Labour Government holds the reins to-day, and I for one am not a bit afraid of a Labour Government. Whatever view an individual in the party may hold, the fact is that Labour is for prohibition, and you must not allow, for a single moment, the idiosyncrasies of a' single leader, or the way-' ward ness -of a single union, to confuse your minds as to the attitude of Labour on the question of prohibition. In America 526 Labour leaders had been approached, and 345 of them declared themselves in favour of prohibition. He believed the future was full of hope, and that New South Wales would go dry inside 18 months.—A Sydney Prohibitionist.
