TURKISH TREATY. (Received this dav at 8 a.m.) LONDON, May 12
Part 8 of the Turkish Treaty provides for the losses caused to the Allies and the expenses of the Allied forces of Occupation after the operation of the Treaty; similar expenses sincri 30th October; it.(deninitles' for reparation of damages suffered by Allied Nationals. The ninth part continues the economic provisions and re-establishes various iron-political treaties ami conventions apd treaties. It lays down the future principles of settlement regarding companies’ concessions in Turkey, afld territory ceded by Turkey. It provides for tlm elimination, if thought fit-, of the German, Austriap, Hungarian and Bulgarian economic penetration of Turkey, by requiring Turkey T-0 liq übdnte t>ho property of ex-enemy Nationals. Special provisoes are included enabling the acquisition of railways under German control.
Part 10 gives the Allied air craft full liberty of passage, ex-enemy States being debarred from these privilege!, and from the grant of aerial eonee csions, until they become members of the League of Nations, or are permitted to adhere to the International Convention of 1919.

Then envisage the eventual accession of Russia to the Treaty.
